This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.parthana.com, owned and operated by Valtara Services Private Limited.

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective upon delivery:
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images or video of the product (if damaged or defective)

4. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by Valtara Services Private Limited only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing time is 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.
